 The Fedora norm is to include customization info after the fc14 disttag.
 The reason is probably this one:

 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:NamingGuidelines#Minor_release_bumps_for_old_branches

 Not sure if it has any relevance here, but could respin this as
 1.9-8.fc14.olpc? at least for consistency with older releases.

 Also, if you put something in public_rpms it will get automatically
 included in the next build - is that the intention? Or are you aiming to
 upstream first?
