 The olpc2 keyboard variant coming from #9126 is missing in 10.1.3 (and
 possibly all the F11 family of builds).

 Looking at the latest rpm prepared for the 8.2.x series ( at
 http://dev.laptop.org/~martin/public_rpms/8.2-papercuts/xkeyboard-
 config-1.3-8.olpc3.noarch.rpm ) vs upstream's xkeyboard-config, it does
 look like we haven't upstreamed things in a while.
