 On Sugar-0.90, the activity launch process is ugly - after the launcher
 window disappears and the activity is shown, the activity is shown briefly
 with window decorations (title bar, maximuize/minimize/close buttons)
 before a brief grey-screen fill, then the activity reappearing properly
 full-screen.

 Reproduced on 11.2.0 build 9. Easier to see on XO-1 but can also be seen
 on XO-1.5
