 I was playing sudoku.  (It's addicting, and/or I'm easily suckered in.)

 It won't be easy to reproduce.  I've only seen it twice.

 Sudoku is 100% cursor driven.  I use my right finger on the cursor with my
 left thumb on the button.  (I'm pretty sure it doesn't get over to the
 cursor.)  My finger stays on the cursor until I notice that it's trying to
 recalibrate.  Then I get out of the way for a while.  There is no
 indication of recalibrate-in-progress so I often end up trying to use the
 cursor while it is trying to recalibrate.
