 The Record activity's self timer to start taking a picture, etc. is broken
 in 11.2.0/os9 Record 87.

  1. Go to the Photo view.
  2. Set the Timer to 5 seconds.
  3. Press the Record (*) button.  It will disappear.
  4. The picture will never be taken.
  5. If you switch to another tab the Record button reappears, but disabled
 inside of a grayed-out square.
