 The latest totem plugin in 11.2.0 os8 seems to solve #10573 (but not
 #10572), but adds a new feature which lets a user stop the currently
 playing file, and play the same file in a pop-up separate Media/Movie
 Player.  This player window appears as an "unknown dot" window in Sugar's
 task manager, and is not Sugarized or fullscreen either.

 We need to consider if we want to allow this behavior, or disable it
 cleanly somehow.
