 Given ShowPhotos unsuitability as a test program, I've been testing
 others.

 Interestingly, a script, nettest (available from
 http://dev.laptop.org/~wad/nettest ) doesn't reproduce this problem.
 This script just downloads a file and checks for errors in the download
 process.   This script doesn't reproduce the problem described by this
 ticket.

 A second script, netjtest, not only downloads the file, but also runs a
 JPEG decompress.  This test script generates errors, but it is unclear why
 --- the network is using TCP to download the data.   It appears that the
 errors are actually happening in the check of the downloaded data.

 A third script, jpegtest, doesn't download the file.  It instead operates
 on a JPEG file stored in /var (a RAM filesystem).  Running this script
 causes the same seg faults seen with ShowPhotos, and hints that it is
 unlikely that the WLAN is involved.
