#10697: XO-1 no mesh LED

 11.2.0 builds do not light up the mesh LED on the XO-1, a regression over
 10.1.3.

 even with the libertas private ioctls readded, the iwpriv command ran by
 olpc-configure to enable this doesn't work, because upstream dropped
 support (f57bd284e435d1ddf).

 Reverting that patch doesn't help either - iwpriv succeeds, but no mesh
 LED.

 I started to write the LED support as an upstreamable patch, hardcoding
 the details into the kernel, and that didn't work either.

 Went back to 2.6.31 to check the exact command bytes being sent, they are:

 {{{
 4e 00 16 00 3d 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 08 01 06 00 01 01 02 0c 03 10
 }}}

 Strangely enough, running 2.6.31 on F14 doesn't help either. iwpriv
 succeeds, no mesh LED.

 Sidenote: of the 3 LED manipulated, I think the only one that needs
 changing is LED #2, which by default is on GPIO 16, but we want to change
 it to 12. (the iwpriv command changes 2 other LEDs, but their GPIOs are
 already programmed like that)
