Comment:

 The term is extensively used in the source and translations for
 TamTamEdit, TamTamJam, TamTamMini and TamTamSynthLab.  In this context
 ''drunk'' is an electronic music term that describes random melody or
 rhythm preparation using steps of constrained but random size from the
 previous note.  The image portrayed is that of an inebriated or disabled
 individual failing to quickly counter motion vector or body attitude
 errors that accumulate during walking.  "Random Constrained Offset" may be
 a more politically correct term, however it may be difficult to explain in
 class context.
