Comment:

 The blocks on the screen can be scaled, but not in the toolbar itself. The
 problem is that many of the larger palettes won't fit on the screen if the
 blocks are bigger. Maybe some sort of hover system that shows the block
 under the cursor larger could be added... will make some sketches.
