#11549: Temporary kludge to keep wifi working after suspend still disassociates
----------------------------------------------+-----------------------------
Reporter: greenfeld | Owner: martin.langhoff
Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone: 1.75-software
Component: power manager (powerd) | Version: Development build as of this date

Comment(by greenfeld):
The announcement email for os20 states:
{{{
Temporary workaround for:
#11510 Libertas device loses wireless extensions after suspend/resume
cycle
}}}
And os20's behavior definitely seems to solve #11510.
We were talking about two approaches to do this; one by commenting out
lines in powerd; the other by editing a libertas kernel parameter. But I
do not see an obvious line commented out in powerd, and the kernel hash
for the updated kernel matches the head of arm-3.0-wip.
Martin should know where the build was edited if said edit was successful.
