 The announcement email for os20 states:

 And os20's behavior definitely seems to solve #11510.

 We were talking about two approaches to do this; one by commenting out
 lines in powerd; the other by editing a libertas kernel parameter.  But I
 do not see an obvious line commented out in powerd, and the kernel hash
 for the updated kernel matches the head of arm-3.0-wip.

 Martin should know where the build was edited if said edit was successful.
