 The temporary kludge in 11.3.0 os20 to keep wifi working after suspend
 still disassociates & re-associates to an access point.  This is true even
 if the suspend cycle was a short idle one due to inactivity.

 This causes brief delays in network connectivity, may result in a new IP
 address, and in the case of some (smarter) captive portals, forces you to
 login again.
