 How did you bring about that behavior, please?  Obviously spamming the log
 was not the intended outcome, so obviously I'll want to change that, so
 obviously I'll need to know what you did to get it?  Please?

 (For the curious, "ca 5/8" means that the interrupt status register for
 the capture channel reads 5 (interrupt asserted + one "reserved" bit) even
 though that interrupt is masked (8 = zero in lowest bit plus one
 "reserved" bit set).  What's interesting is that it's happening at 5ms
 (roughly) intervals, so it's *not* a runaway interrupt.  It is being
 stopped when the message is printed, but something makes it happen again
 5ms later.
