#11540: Mute audio output by default in runin
-----------------------------------+----------------------------------------

When you have several 1.75 XOs nearby each other, each having started
runin at a slightly different time, they record & playback 60 seconds of
audio from what each other has heard.
This leads to a gradual feedback loop of keyboard typing and startup
chimes as the default ALSA speaker and master volumes are set to 100%. If
XO-1.5's did this, I don't see how the factory put up with the noise
(unless they used the audio jack).
To avoid this we should either back off on the audio output level during
runin, or mute it entirely.
Seen in 11.3.1 os19/runin 0.16.4-1.
