Comment:

 The purpose of the test was to increase power consumption, and the fact
 that it failed to continue probably did not cause a decrease in power
 consumption.  That it exposed a kernel hang was more interesting, but was
 not the intended purpose of the test.  If these overrun and underrun
 messages return, and I expect they will, then I will disable them again,
 because we can't afford to have them in the logs.  The overrun and
 underrun messages appeared independently of suspend and resume, due to CPU
 contention.

 Test case: run 24 hour runin in os19, and if no overrun and underrun
 messages are seen in run.log, then this ticket can be considered closed.
