 Unless a test script explicitly protects against it, it is possible to
 request a suspend but take so long suspending that the wake-up event has
 already happened before the laptop actually completes suspend.

 Example code to prevent this is present in the attached suspend/resume
 testing script.

 This script fails to work properly with kernels older than the one in
 11.3.1 os15, due to a bug in the rtc driver.

 It is possible that this is a more serious problem, but unless testing is
 done with such a script there is no way to tell.   I have not seen a
 recurrence of this ticket on laptops running current builds and a properly
 modified test script.
