 The camera displaying video overlay will overlay the UL warning in runin
 if the XO decides it wants to reboot due to failure/completion, or the XO
 is rebooted/shutdown via the serial console.

 This does NOT appear to be a problem in normal operation using the stock
 Sugar/Scratch activities included in the operating system, as pressing the
 power button results in a VT switch, and none of the video-using
 activities have the functionality to shutdown/restart the computer.  (If
 this can happen then the ticket needs to be higher priority.)

 Seen in 11.3.1 os18.
