#11533: 11.3.1 kernels do not properly support USB OTG

On the XO-3 A1 motherboard, we notice that the USB OTG port is always
treated as a USB host (type A), even when a cable which should turn it
into a USB device (type B) is plugged in.

The hardware is capable of supporting both host and device roles, and the
 connector is a microAB.

Can we please try to enable full support for OTG in XO-3 kernels ?
