 Two XOs running RUNIN (a SKU201 & a SKU 202) encountered a NULL pointer
 dereference while resuming the libertas driver with 11.3.0 os18.  This
 happened once so far on each of them.

 They were running everything included in the os18 runin with the debug
 values already in runin-sus for suspend testing used.
