Comment:

 In the 11.2.0 release we show "Get Books/sugar-session" as the tooltip for
 this application in the top frame tray.  In 11.3.0-os3 we just show "Get
 Books".  Opening a Journal entry for an application which supports them
 shows both the application name Journal entry name in the top frame tray.
