The proposed new AVC touchpad looks (with the mouse cursor) and therefore
"feels' like it has a higher rate of acceleration in 11.3.0 os3 as
installed in an XO-1.5 as compared to the same with a Synaptics touchpad.

When trying to move the full length across this touchpad with the other
hand simultaneously trying to do the same rate on the Synaptics-equipped
XO, the AVC touchpad will pin both sides of the screen while the Synaptics
 touchpad does not.

I need to locate an XO-1.5 with an older AVC touchpad to compare. (The
majority of ours are known to be made prior to AVC touchpads being used
 for production.)

An XO-1.75 with a (manually replaced) ELAN touchpad seems to accelerate at
about the same rate as the XO-1.5 Synaptics.
