 On one hand, we do have DCON w RAM, so we're likely to freeze/unfreeze as
 we do on XO-1 and XO-1.5 .

 On the other, we're running a bit late on power mgmt and video driver, so
 we won't be making boot pretty just yet. Once things are more complete...

 Notes:

  * only half of XO-1.75 B1s have DCON RAM -- those that have mechanical
 keyboards.
  * freeze and unfreeze are already working thanks to pgf
