 os40 is on metacity-2.30.3-1, which is not the required version, so yes,
 no surprise it does not work yet.

 Workaround:

 {{{
 yum install -y --nogpgcheck metacity
 }}}

 then restart.

 (F1 through F4 work for me when I tried them, before and after updating
 metacity.  Please open a new ticket with a method to reproduce, thanks.)
