Comment:

 On os40, in virtual console, a ''setterm -blank force'' now blanks by
 turning off the display, a ''setterm -blank 1'' correctly does the same
 after a minute of activity, and the display returns to normal operation on
 user input.

 On os40, in X, a ''sleep 1 ; xset s activate'' followed by a brief press
 and release of the enter key, correctly turns off the display, and it
 returns to normal after input.

 Since powerd will handle blanking, I see no reason to remove BlankTime 0
 from the ServerLayout.
