 'fedpkg clone' did fail for me when calling os.getlogin. Reading a bit I
 found that the usage of 'os.getlogin' is discouraged. It seem to read in
 'utmp' and the login entry is missing there.

 (this is true on 11.2.0 builds and the new ARM builds)
