Comment:

 On os40, ethtool is still missing, though olpc-kbdshim and olpc-powerd are
 present.

 But, as far as I can tell, it's not a build problem:
  * olpc-powerd.spec.tmpl in powerd.git does not list ethtool as a
 dependency.
  * sugar does not depend on it.
