 Latest is now Q4B07 and EC 0.2.03 has a fix to battery LED consistency,
 but from the description it might not relate.

 Please test using the procedure I described, with whatever firmware
 version you have installed at the time, and if the symptom occurs again
 test with the other firmware version, thanks.

 Here's where it gets difficult.  XO-1.75 EC SPI FLASH is separate from the
 SPI FLASH used for OpenFirmware.  This is a new design feature with
 XO-1.75.  Upgrading the EC version is automatic, and is handled by
 OpenFirmware.  However, ''downgrading'' the EC version is manual.  So if
 you have already upgraded to Q4B07 and EC 0.2.03 a downgrade to Q4B06 will
 not downgrade to EC 0.2.02.  The manual step is described in
