 Is there a specific reason ethtool is not in the 1.75 builds?

 It had been in the previous builds and Sugar is using it to determine the
 wireless firmware version for displaying it in the AboutMyComputer control
 panel.

 Checked in build 36 and os 1 from Peter. ethtool is available for the arm
 architecture.
