Comment:

 Fixed in 11.3.0 os2 and works for things like touchpad rotation & the grab
 keys being used to scroll, but #11135 is also needed to map the keyboard
 properly for brightness, etc. since olpc-kbdshim-19 uses udev instead of
 HAL.
