 This fails in 11.3.0 os2; the name shown in the frame activity area is
 either the previous name or "sugar-activity" if the activity was started
 as a new instance without any previous data.

 If one goes back to the activity and looks in the Activity submenu, the
 proper new name is shown.

 why)
 > - open the activity palette in the tray
 > ---> the activity should be up-to-date there

 This appears to work.
