 Reproducer provided by Gary Su, adjusted by James,

  * boot to Sugar,
  * make sure touchpad moves cursor,
  * plug in USB mouse,
  * make sure both USB mouse and touchpad move cursor,
  * remove USB mouse, note touchpad moves are delayed by three seconds,
  * plug in USB mouse, note it is no longer functional,
  * plug in a USB drive, not it is no longer accessible.

 XO-1.75 B1 Q3B07 os36 with Logitech M505 USB mouse.
