 the upstream version of the OLPC udev keymap pre-dates the changes
 proposed in http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/10213#comment:20 .

 the attached new version of olpc-xo purports to fix this.  please install
 in /lib/udev/keymaps/olpc-xo for testing.

 this currently affects any non-HAL build.
