 A user reported /etc/ssh/ssh_host_*key* were not saved over an olpc-update
 from USB, to 11.2.0.

 Previously seen at #9901, #3814, and #3581.

 Priority may be low since we no longer enable sshd by default, and so host
 keys are not normally present.
