Comment:

 Yes, it is, so I'd say I was wrong in my earlier statement saying that its
 not covered by the sugar platform. It's also small and trivial.

 Added to olpc-os-builder sugar module.

 One thing to note is that glade is deprecated in favour of GtkBuilder, and
 it doesn't look like there are GTK3 glade bindings available (not even
 sure that glade exists for gtk3). So at some point, these activities are
 going to need to change.
