 Q4B14 maybe needs change this function once only after insert a low
 batter.(LED flash red)
 My test unit insert a low batter without adapter and it flash red led,
 then keep this status and wait over 5mins then it appear red led again.

 If this is a SPEC please tell me (during system power off without adapter
 and the LED needs flash red anytime)[[BR]]
