Comment:

 Cutting & pasting using the keyboard shortcuts in Terminal and Write work
 without revealing the edit toolbar.

 Cutting & pasting using the menu selections after using the keyboard
 shortcuts in Terminal and Write also work as well.

 Also tested Browse as well.
