Comment:

 This was fixed in
 http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git;a=commitdiff;h=df90d84382b03faf81637db31b6be14f477482c7
 by ensuring that lbs_complete_command() always run under the device
 spinlock. That way it is not possible for another process to receive that
 wakeup until the spinlock is dropped.
