 Reproducer:
  * boot to ok prompt,
  * insert USB drive,
  * use ''dir u:'' to view directory,
  * remove USB drive,
  * use ''dir u:'' to view directory.

 Observed outcome:
  * hang,
  * hang does not cease if USB drive is reinserted,
  * hang is interruptible using frame key, and a useful ''ftrace'' is shown
 on request.

 Expected outcome:
  * error or cease of hang on reinsertion.

 Occurs on Q3A62, Q3A64 and Q2E45s (#10778).
 Occurs with or without USB drive behind hub.

 (Recording observation of behaviour in case it comes up again, with no
 opinion on whether it needs fixing.)
