 (3) The code patch that triggers which icon should be used is

 this one], the list of icons we get is: ['drive-removable-media-usb',
 'drive-removable-media', 'drive-removable', 'drive'].

 Of this list our artwork only has 'drive' which is the usb icon. We could
 either add the fallback code (first test if the icon is in the theme) or
 we could copy the 'drive-removable-media-usb' to be the same as the
 'drive' icon.
