 Quanta seems to have misunderstood the meaning of the LO tag.

 If I am in china and I do speak Italian, the correct locale for me is
 still it_IT.UTF-8, because there's no such locale as it_CN.UTF-8.

 The nation specification is intended to let users select among existing
 dialects of the same language and other local conventions, like in the
 case of en_US and en_GB.

 Quanta shouldn't say "ah, this laptop is going to country XY, so I'll make
 sure the LO tag has "XY" in it. Instead, they should check what is the
 correct Linux locale for that particular nation.

 The list of supported locales can be viewed with "locale -a".
