Comment:

 I agree it's not a Browse bug; I did not file it as a Browse bug.  What I
 meant was, the test XO I received (some time ago now) was pre-loaded with
 a Library which was mostly scanned PDF files.  I would suggest
 standardizing on HTML if possible rather than using PDF for the library,
 for the reasons given (reflow).  However, if for reasons of lack of
 resources, scanned images of books are the only option, then I suggested
 my image-reflow program as a possible way forward, albeit limited because
 that program doesn't always work as well as I'd like it to.

 Setting component back to "distro" because I can't find a "Library"
 component.
