 systemd was dropped but we still need to update for upstart-0.6+

 Here's what happened for olpc-utils:

 We need to do the same. It gets a bit messy. Paul, what option would you
 prefer?

 We could apply a patch in the fedora repo like was done for olpc-utils,
 add an alternate upstart conf file for the newer versions, drop support
 for the old versions, or ... ?
