 From a packaging PoV, if we don't want olpc-utils to drag Xephyr and the
 sisusb driver in, we could make it check for those pkgs/binaries. This
 would keep olpc-utils dependencies cleaner and shift the responsibility of
 including them to olpc-os-builder. With this we could keep Xephyr and
 sisusb out of the XO-1 OS builds for example (right now, Geode and sisusb
 don't play well together at all.

 It's easy to test for Xephyr in runtime, but I don't know how to ask X.org
 whether it has a driver in runtime, quickly, and portably across
 Fedora/Debian/Ub.

 If there's a reasonable way to query X.org for drivers, I'll make the deps
 checks in runtime.
