#10358: Network Manager: APs with hidden ESSIDs shown in GUI with "None" ESSID, but
unconnectable

The wiki page at http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Wifi_Connectivity implies we
cannot see access points with hidden ESSIDs in the GUI.

In 10.1.2 that isn't quite right. We combine the hidden access points
seen together into one AP icon given the name "None". But connecting to
the None access point always fails, reporting in shell.log that the system
"Could not determine AP for specific object
 /org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/ActiveConnection/{number}"

Expected: If we show some indication that hidden ESSID APs are present, we
should make it obvious they are odd (perhaps calling them "<Unnamed>" or
"<Unknown Name>"?) and when we attempt to such a connection, we should be
prompted for their proper name, followed by a prompt for any password they
may have if it is determined that said AP might be secured.

Expected Alternate: We are told in the GUI with an error dialog or similar
that we cannot connect to access points with hidden ESSIDs, and it should
be obvious that the user cannot connect to such things if we show them.

Actual: Attempting to connect to a AP with hidden ESSID shown in the GUI
as "None" results in a silent failure in the GUI with a log message
audited to shell.log that something is confused.
