 Thats exactly the current behavior.  The power LED blinks for the duration
 of the time that VR_ON is held up after the other signals are de-asserted.
 Approx 3 seconds.

 If you want it shorter then the blinks either need to start later or we
 need to decrease the VR_ON holdup time.
