 1. Short PC54 (you can blue wire it or use metal clamp to short the
 PC54)[[BR]]
 2. Short SPI flash (U23) pin3 with pin7 or pin8 [[BR]]
 (if you use chip clip for in circuit programmer you can do this modify on
 clip side)[[BR]]

 Make sure you didn`t plug AC adapter.[[BR]]
