 AMD Geode driver maintainers have released a new Geode driver, with
 bugfixes that would allow us to enable acceleration (removing the 'greedy
 migration'). This results in much better performance in XO-1 .

 Bernie reports that it compiles cleanly, was included in Dextrose, and
 they are very happy with it.

 If we see it as risky, happy to bump.
