 - hover over a link, right click on it

 - when the palette is open, go away from it (if palette was opened to
 bottom-right side and moving to the top-left side the palette should be
 closed, and the other way around)

 The attached patch applies cleanly and has been in Browse since 0.86, so I
 think it is worth back porting. I came across the issue today when testing
 pdf/epub.
