It's hard for us to ensure a valid /etc/fstab entry for / because at
build-time, we don't know which fs will be used.

Dracut tries to be clever and reads /etc/fstab before switching root, and
notices that we've mounted with the wrong fs driver, so it attempts to
"correct" the situation. This breaks non-versioned boot (the case where it
can actually find fstab) e.g. tries to remount jffs2 as ext3

Dracut can be asked not to be so clever with a boot time parameter, we
need to extend this to be modifiable with a variable, that way we can
disable it from an OLPC dracut module.
