 Thanks, sorry I thought too complicated for looking it up myself :/

 As a reward, the "with your fix patched" rpm for testing:

 Does work for me. I sometimes get the behavior, that using the dpad (now I
 know :) in ebook-mode does grab buttons of the toolbar and hence, it does
 not allow directly scrolling. But I guess that is an orthogonal issue
 since I have seen it already before applying the patch.
